Fes to Marrakech Desert Trip 3 Days/ 2 Nights
1st Day: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt- Errachidia – Ziz valley – Erfoud – Merzouga
After breakfast, your desert adventure starting by Atlas mountains via Midelt through the cedar woods of the middle Atlas, passing by Ifrane, a charming ski resort and Azrou an important handicraft centre specialised in the work of cedar wood. After the Zad pass (2.178M/7.146ft) you arrive in Midelt for lunch. Afternoon you will drive to Erfoud via Errachidia and the Ziz valley dotted with palm trees. Continuation to the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. we exchange the car for camels in order to admire the sunset and spend the night under berber tents in a bivaouc in the deep of the dunes. Dinner and over night in a Bivouac
2nd Day: Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Touroug – Todra Gorges – Boumalne – Dades gorges
Early morning in order to see the sunrise, return by camels to the hotel after breakfast departure to Rissani and Erfoud in order to visit the treatment plant marbre fossilized before continuing to touroug and tinjdad palm groves, arrival to toudra gorges and have lunch in the place,afternoon you will drive to Dades gorges via Boumalne and the dades valley. Dinner and over night in hotel
3rd Day: Dades valley – Boumalne – Rose valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
After breakfast you will come back to Boumalne by the dades valley, route to Rose capital kalaat Mgouna and Skoura Palm groves, visit of Amredhyle Kasbah in Skoura then you will drive to ksar Ait ben Haddou(under Unesco protection). Many movies filmed there like Lowrence of arabia, Tea in the Sahara, Game of Thrones and Gladiator. Visit of the Kasbah and the old village, on afternoon road to Marrakech via Tizi-N-Ticha pass(2.260M) arrival to Marrakech. Drop off in your accommodation and end of the trip…
